First off, "Thank you Mr. Ramy" I had a water leak under my foundation. Whenever I told him that I just had a leak, he was straight forward with me and told me he was booked up, but when I told him I had no water at all he was willing to find some one that would do it for me, but I told him I would like for him to do it, he said no problem, ( I like to give a man the benefit of the doubt) he made time to stop at my house the same day, found the leak and got my work on so we didn't have to go to a hotel, then came back two days later, him and his son fixed everything. They installed a dishwasher for me that I had ordered from Lowe's. Kevan did a great job on the install. He also helped me work out a scheduling snafu that occurred when Lowe's unexpectedly canceled my order the day before delivery. The local Lowe's manager had accidentally canceled the order. Thankfully, the Lowe's GM was able to resell me the washing machine and Kevan worked with the scheduling company CRST to make sure that he could install it the next day. Prospective customers should note that a number of the negative reviews for Ramco seem to relate to scheduling or other service issues with Lowe's installations. According to Lowe's, however, Ramco is not responsible for these parts of the job. They are subcontracted to a company called CRST which schedules installations for Lowe's through contractors like Ramco. Ramco just gets a list of installs from CRST, picks the appliances up at Lowe's and then installs them. That said, CRST was a nightmare to work with. It is almost impossible to get someone on the phone when scheduling an installation -- even the Lowe's associate who was trying to help me got frustrated with their system. See more See less

Our 1978 valves for our washing machine have been leaking over the years so we contacted American Home Shield to get it fixed. They contacted Ramco Plumbing, and I'm very glad they did! The master plumber, Ramy, came out and brought his helper Chris. He removed those old valves with no damage to anything else, and they didn't want to be removed.
